ROSSIER Ltd works closely with all the contributors and specialists involved in spatial planning. We provide them with the basic data and land-related support required for land-use planning projects and the revision of land-use plans. We are also experienced in procedures relating to land improvement syndicates, in building zones and agricultural or wine-growing zones.
As a certified surveyor, ROSSIER Ltd can authenticate the cadastral surveying plan for your projects. We can also create the required normative files in accordance with the NORMAT II procedure.
Legislation requires the preparation of public enquiry documents for almost all construction projects. The ROSSIER Ltd office has the skills to draw up the required surveyor’s site plan (building(s), villa(s), etc.) or to draw up a complete public enquiry file (swimming pool, heat pump, spa, wall, etc.).
As a certified surveyor, ROSSIER Ltd is authorized to handle all cadastral projects. Our extensive experience enables us to respond rapidly to all your requests for land advice, land division or modification, demarcation or registration in the land register (or cadastration).
Our experience in both project and site supervision enables us to offer you solutions for traffic calming (roundabouts, chicanes, 30 km/h zones, crossing), road rehabilitation and access management (paths, sidewalks, parking lots, etc.). Our team has all the skills needed to work hand in hand with municipalities or the Canton.
When new neighborhoods (villas or apartment buildings) are created, the plots must be equipped. According to the law, we thus offer you the setting up and installation of various networks (drinking water and fire protection, gas, sewerage (EU-EC), electricity, multimedia, etc.). Our team also takes care of tendering with construction companies and can provide site management services during construction and commissioning.
During construction work, it is common for excavations to be deep and close to other structures. To ensure the safety of personnel and infrastructure, ROSSIER Ltd has the necessary experience to install the appropriate and reliable monitoring system, then to intervene according to the geotechnician’s schedule to measure any movements (altimetric or planimetric).
The ROSSIER Ltd office has set up a system of expert appraisal before works for structures or buildings adjacent to a worksite, or for road infrastructures that will be used by worksite vehicles and trucks. An appraisal protects the project owner from numerous discussions in the event of damage to neighboring properties and enables objective dialogue with insurers.

ROSSIER SA works closely with all local authorities, architects and civil engineering firms to design the retention basins required for your project, or to define/update the PGEE.
Owners are legally obliged to prove to the municipal authorities that the work involved in connecting to the network or separating clear water and wastewater has been carried out correctly. The ROSSIER Ltd office is competent to test and certify this (VSA diploma for property drainage specialists). We are the point of reference for several municipalities on the Côte.

The ROSSIER Ltd office will draw up a complete file for you to forward to your notary.
For a municipality, road and path maintenance management often requires long-term planning. Our office offers to catalogue the entire municipal road network, drawing up lists and plans (paper or database) according to section, type of surface, condition, length and surface area.
